Please do not submit your caterings invoices directly to nyu.invoices@edu. Due to a system issue, and to prevent duplicate payments, Chartwells/us will submit all invoices with your PO# to nyuinvoices.edu You will be copied on all emails submission.

It is extremely important that you provide us with the correct PO number for every event. We cannot submit or process an invoice without the corresponding PO number.
